The MS in Real Estate program provides students with both the fundamental knowledge and the advanced analytical skills required for long-term success across a spectrum of the real estate industry. Based in the heart of New York City, our faculty are seasoned industry experts who deliver cutting-edge, real-time knowledge to our students. The breadth and scope of the classroom experience prepares students for the rigors of daily life in real estate, integrating theory, real-work application, and practice-based immersion in all phases of real estate investment and ownership.
The MS in Real Estate Development program offers students the overall capabilities to become successful developers and to focus on their areas of special interest. The program offers core courses in finance, economic analysis, law, planning and process, plus specific tracks in sustainability, global real estate, and the business of development. Our programs are structured to meet the needs of working professionals and full-time students. Typically, students would be able to complete the degree within an accelerated 13 months of study, within one-and-a-half years of full-time study, or within two to five years of part-time study.
